Rob Gets to the Bottom of Everything - Final Three Interviews #BB16

Rob Cesternino had a nice chat with each of the Final Three of Big Brother 16 earlier today, and this is what you need to hear if you are clamoring to know who these people really are, and their impressions of everything that happened on Finale night.  A few notes:

*  Derrick is just as thoughtful and introspective as you would expect him to be.  Look for Derrick to be an authority on how to play the game (and how to play people) for years to come.  If you don't appreciate what Derrick accomplished this summer after listing to this podcast, then I don't know what to tell you.

*  Cody relaxed and had a good time talking to Rob.  He was ready to answer every question, including how his interaction with Christine's husband went after the Finale.  He came across very well, and even threw out some sarcastic humor a few times when I wasn't expecting it.  One bombshell that I didn't expect to hear is that Cody expected to get Victoria's vote to win.  (Really, Cody?)

*  Victoria is even more delusional than I thought she was.  But just when you are ready to throw your smartphone across the room, Victoria starts freely throwing shade at everyone Rob asks her about. Rob even asks her about being on Big Brother All Stars, and you just have to hear what she says to believe it.  Oh, and she and Ariana Grande exchanged contact info, and Ariana texted her this morning.  So chew on that for a moment.

You can and should listen to Rob's podcast here

Rob also interviewed the first Survivor boot, and you can find that on his website. I don't want to spoil it if you didn't watch the first episode yet, but the first boot gave a great interview, with plenty of organic cursing that was totally unexpected.  Lots to enjoy there, with more to come I'm sure.

But if you are a Survivor fan and haven't watched the first episode yet, what the hell is wrong with you? Watch it!  We're in for a good one...

Did Frankie's Account Get Hacked Again? #BB16

Or is this really the image that Frankie wants to present to his "millions of followers on social media"?

I just checked in to see if Frankie is tweeting yet, and was a little surprised by the picture selected for his icon.

That's probably not the best image to present if you want to leverage your fifteen minutes in the spotlight.

FYI - There was a short video leaked last night that someone took of a conference room backstage after the Finale.  Christine and her husband Tim were huddled together having a talk, and Hayden sat nearby with Nicole and her look-alike mother.  At the end of the room Frankie had already changed clothes and I think he was with his mother, Zach, and Zach's mother.   Frankie's mother appeared to be telling him "no social media" and I think she was trying to warn him that he may be in for a shock....

Want a Picture With @RanceyPants? Well, Get in Line, Bitches. #BB16

Andy's saucy tweets never fail to disappoint, and to anger many fans.  Love the new Zach T-shirts.  Clearly someone studied the Frank Eudy T-shirts from BB14..

This is Amanda's new boyfriend Michael, along with last year's boyfriend McCrae Olson.  I think McCrae comes off as the winner here.  Amanda used the hashtag "#nocomment". Clearly no comment is one of the biggest comments of all.

Amanda with Zach and Zach's mother Jill Rance.  After the drama about Zach being related to Amanda, Amanda reached out to Jill and they've been talking all summer.  Very smart of Amanda to align herself with a clear fan favorite and star of the season.

Zach's new hat looks like it might be made out of satin, or maybe even leather.  I think this may have been a present from Amber, but I also read somewhere that Ariana Grande bought Zach a pink hat when she traveled to Japan in the last few weeks.

A classic shot of two dinguses.  Ir is that "dingi"?

Hayden pointing out his crush Nicole.

And here are three blasts from the past:  Howie Gordon (BB6 & BB7), James Rhine (BB6 & BB7) and Elissa Reilly, of course.

This is how most of the former Big Brother players watched the finale...all crammed into one hotel room, by the looks of it.  Seated in the finale audience were Jeff and Jordan, separated by their friends (?) Brendon and Rachel by one Miss Ariana Grande.

Clearly I think that was a posed set up, because Frankie's mom was also in attendance.  But maybe she took a backseat and watched from the green room while Ariana sat in the good seats.

This is the Big Brother Feeds Fairy, posing with Zach and several mini boxes of Froot Loops.  Zach signed one of them to be auctioned off at this year's Reality Rally.

I'm sure Zach will end up signing many, many Froot Loop boxes in the next few years.

Dr. Will and Erin, his wife, or fiance, I'm not sure.  She is definitely his baby mama, and she's looking hot for a mother with two young children.  Notice that Dr. Will wore the same clothing that he wore for the Jury Deliberation, probably by request of CBS to make it appear that it took place that night.

(It didn' was filmed over the weekend.)

Here are Rachel Reilly and her Reality Relapse co-host Ryan Carillo, in an Amber sandwich. I can't say I'm a big fan of Amber's look last night.  I think she should have worn her hair down because she kind of faded into the crowd last night.  As much as she could, being dressed like a huge banana.

And let me point out that Ryan Carillo was a total dick to Zach during the preseason interview, to the point that Rachel had to call it out and tell Ryan to act like a professional.  Too late for that, obviously.

Not everyone can carry off a sideways pink hat.  But doesn't the camera love Zach?

Rachel, however, was clearly quite charmed by Zach during the preseason interview, especially after Zach insulted her irritating laugh.  Zach spent much of  last night assuring all of us that he is indeed a straight man who loves the ladies.

Zach will certainly be cringing when he watches many of the CBS episodes and hears himself saying various comments to Frankie.  Not to mention learning about Frankie's many unflattering comments about Zach...

And here is a shot of Devin, Joey, Brittany, Amber and maybe Paola on the way to somewhere before the Finale.

Kudos to Miss Cleo for snapping this picture of Zach and Donny when they heard that they were among the three top vote-getters for America's Favorite Player.  According to Julie Chen, Donny ran away with nearly 5,000,000 votes.  That's a lot of clicking on behalf of Donny's fans.  Dedicated, indeed.

And speaking of beating Frankie....his face shows it all here...he really thought he had America's Favorite in the bag, so it must have been a shock to know that even Nicole got more votes than he did.

I don't mean that as a slam to Nicole, who was one of my favorites this year, of course.

Another Year Passes....And the #BB16 Season Ends

First of all, I will be covering the post-finale action and will cover the interviews for you here.  I think it was a great season and the person who should have won pulled it off successfully.

A few thoughts:

*  Cody's ending was bittersweet for me.  I always knew he would take Derrick to the Final Two if he had the chance, but it was sad to see his face when the last two big secrets were revealed.  He was obviously hurt that Derrick didn't tell him about Team America, and clearly he thought Derrick had betrayed him.  Derrick was gripping his arm to reassure him during the Team America reveal, and when he revealed his true profession.

*  Cody is hot-tempered, but given some time I think he will understand why those secrets needed to be kept until the very end.  I read on Twitter that he was also shocked to hear that Derrick got a $50,000 bonus.  It's hard to gloss over that little detail.....for the entire cast, I'm sure.

*  Cody will eventually realize he made a $450,000 mistake by taking Derrick to the end, but his loyalty to Derrick was an important part of his game.  He'll be known as the "Woo" of BB16, and that would be a tough pill to swallow for anyone.  But one of Cody's answers to the Jury about why he deserved to win included "evicting all the people who wanted Derrick out".   Cody likes to win, so losing hurts.  A lot, I'm sure.

*  Frankie's face when he heard Julie say that there were so many votes for America's Favorite clearly indicated he thought his "millions of followers on social media" pulled through for him.  So the bitter shock was clearly evident when Julie announced he wasn't even in the top three.  Frankie's constant mugging for the camera during the Finale was just a reminder that he always thought he was the star of the show.  And I loved when Dr. Will shut him up during the Jury Deliberation, saying they were there to talk about the players who were still in the game.

*  I'm glad Nicole got some recognition from the fans.  I think Zach was thrilled to be in the top three, and seemed genuinely happy that Donny won.

* Did Donny deserve to be America's Favorite?  Well, the vast majority of the voters certainly thought so.  I'm guessing they didn't have the live feeds, but I'm so glad that Frankie didn't win that I don't care at this point.

None of this should take away from the fact that Derrick played the game like a stone cold gangster.

Thank you to all of my readers this always I do it for my fellow Super Fans.
