Wil Heuser Presents: The Saga, Episode 12 - The FINALE #BB17

Unfortunately neither Wil nor Julie Chen appears to have enjoyed this (great) season of Big Brother.  Wil has been complaining about the season all summer, but I just don't get it.  Most of the SuperFans think this is the best season in years.

I thought the reason why Wil wasn't enjoying BB17 might be that he's had trouble coming up with inspiration for his characters, but from watching this, those house guests gave him PLENTY to work with.  I guess there are some clues with the house guests were were NOT included in this video...specifically some of the jurors.

In this final episode for BB17, please enjoy the following:

*  Vanessa's trail of tears.
*  Only SOME of the Jurors taking the stage.
*  Becky gets injured all over again.
*  Judas gets bitch slapped by Julie Chen.
*  The depiction of Steve in the Final Two chair nearly made me spit out my beer.
*  AUDIO PROBLEMS!  (ha ha ha surely SOMEONE got fired, right?)
*  A Very Special Cameo by Elissa Reilly.  (Oh My God-ah!)
*  Paula Deen!

Bravo Wil!  Thank you for another great year!

Attention Party People: Twitter Round Up #BB17

I don't even know where to start, or how to feel.  I need to get my life back on track but am having a hard time motivating myself.  I plan to watch and/or listen to as many post-season interviews as I can, but that will take a few days.

In the meantime I will post pictures from Twitter and Instagram, which are always fan-favorite posts.

In the 24-36 hours before Wednesday's live Big Brother finale, former players, fans, and wannabes started converging on Los Angeles.  The Pre-Jury group was there, too, obviously.

And here are everybody's favorites Da'Vonne and Jason.  They were "Ride or Die" buddies but unfortunately they are now just riding together, probably to go out to dinner with the others.

And here are Jason and Jace smoking in what looks like a hotel or airport lobby.  Jason posted it in black and white, which is kind of cool.  Do you think Jace bummed that smoke from Jason?

Jason's shirt would make Andy Herren proud.

And here is Jace, Audrey, Clay and Jeff.  I think they are on the way to the finale at this point.

On the last night of the BBAD season, Da'Vonne presented the "Da'Vonnie's" which were awards presented during a few of the commercial breaks.  She looked gorgeous in a sleek ponytail and obviously there were no holds barred. I remember a few of the Da'Vonnie Awards, as follows:

*  Biggest Meltdown - Audrey and her blanket
*  Best Eye Candy - Day named Clay for the male eye-candy and gave the female eye-candy award to herself, "of course"
*  Biggest Sketch - Day SLAMMED Jeff with this, letting loose a torrent of shade. It was brutal.

But I saw a tweet fly around yesterday where Da'Vonne said things were fine with Jeff now.  He's left Tampa to move to San Diego, you know, due to a new job.

Also, take a look at what Clay is wearing, and I might talk more about that later.

Jeremy McGuire (no relation to Johnny Mac) flew into LA for the Finale festivities and is pictured here having breakfast with McCrae.

Um...Jeremy looks.....different, right?  Like he's aged about 18 years in the last 24 months?  Maybe he should let McCrae eat that danish.  Just a suggestion.

And here is McCrae, getting into a car apparently driven by Mike Holloway, winner of Survivor Worlds Apart.  McCrae flew in to LAX on Tuesday, and I could tell from his tweets that he was kind of stranded there, and spent his time drinking in the airport bars.  I think Spencer had flight issues and wasn't getting in on time or something...so Mike offered to swoop in and scoop up McCrae.

We can only imagine what went on with those two, right?

OK. Let's move on the main event, after Steve's somewhat shocking Final HoH and Big Brother wins.

Oh, I think we all knew what Steve would eventually do in the game if given the chance, but it was still traumatic for me to watch Vanessa go out that way.  She worked so hard all summer, and it all just fell apart in an instant.  I'm happy for Steve, but I'm heartbroken for Vanessa.  The fans will be talking about Vanessa and BB17 for a long, long time.

Here's a guy who had a very good night, giving us a big smile.  Oh, and Steve is in the picture, too.

Dr. Will is so good in his appearances as head of the Jury Round Table.  Look at Becky, really rubbing up on Steve now that he's a Half Millionaire.  And Julia seems to be leaning in a little closer, too.  Only one person seems to be sour in this picture...someone who may not have gotten the attention they thought they deserved.

Hint:  He's tall, and may or may not be smelly tonight.

Here is the BB Casting Director Robyn Kass, with some guys from the BB16 cast, along with the Zingbot, America's Favorite Sassy Robot.  And by "some guys", of course I mean Derrick, Frankie and Cody.

As usual, Frankie tries to grab the spotlight, and is dressed in a ridiculous fashion.  But I have to warn you, Frankie is going to be in a number of these pictures, because he is someone who is never shy about taking a selfie and posting it online.  And if you like to see these type of pictures like I do, then you have to throw a little thanks his way.

If you were watching Survivor last night on the East Coast (the premiere was DELICIOUS) then you may have seen the surprise live footage from the BB Finale set, about 30 minutes out from the broadcast.   We saw Julie Chen stroll through the stage area, the Pre--Jurors walking by stiffly waving at us, and a  wide sweep of the studio audience, already seated, with the ungainly Zingbot lumbering down the stairs.

This was tweeted out by Tyler Oakley, who was in the audience and is in this picture somewhere--the guy in the glasses maybe?  I know Tyler Oakley is Someone, but that's all I know.  I'm impressed with him, though, because he's There and I'm not, and he gets to sit near Brendon and Rachel.

Was the Zingbot slamming anybody?  Or was just this part of his contract, to get Face Time at the live finale?

And here is Robyn Kass with the Twins, both looking lovely and relieved that this is all over.

Every time I post pictures of Robyn, there is a Robyn Hater who comments here and says she is some sort of fame whore and needs to be more professional.  But this is her job....schmoozing the talent.  Because you never know where your next casting referral may come from---Porsche Briggs from BB13 is the one who apparently met Liz in Miami and scouted her for the show.

I wish Steve didn't look so sweaty in his finale night pictures, because these images will follow him for the rest of his life.

Vanessa tried so hard with Steve's hair this summer, with the hair gel and combing instructions and all.

And I"m glad to see Vanessa smiling, even it if it is a staged photo.  At the end of the finale, I feel like the cameras were panning the crowd onstage to catch all of the action we needed to see.  We saw Shelli kind of work the crowd before approaching Clay for a hug, which was a long hug, to be sure.  Then the cameras found Vanessa over at the far edge of the group, in an embrace with Mel.  When they panned back after another lap, that is still where Vanessa was...hugging Mel.

What is that in the background here?  Is that supposed to be "Grandma" going in the DR or something.  I'm somewhat disturbed by that image, whatever it is.

And here is a picture Julie tweeted with the Pre-Jurors.  You can see that the CBS office looks just like any office.  The glitz and glam is nowhere to be found behind the curtains, actually.  (Through my job, I've been "backstage" at huge theme parks, hotels, casinos and concert venues, and the view from back there is a stark contrast to what you see as a customer or patron.)

Let's talk about Clay for a moment.  I saw he was dong a pre-finale "You Now" event yesterday so I watched a little of it...maybe even most of it since I don't know how long it had been going on.  He appeared to be sitting in his hotel room, and said that a van was coming to pick up the Pre-Jury group at noon, so they could report to the Finale.

I don't really "get" You Now----in it's simplest form, it allows you to speak directly with your followers, and you can see their questions and comments scroll by, along with a lot of heart emojis.   There was not much joy in Clay, to be honest.  He seemed very irritated about wardrobe issues.   He apologized to someone named "Chase", saying that "they" took his clothes again, just like they did when he checked in to the BB house, leaving him nothing to wear.

He said there was a seating chart for the evening, and their clothing needed to be pre-approved, based on the people sitting near you.  Clay said that they thought his clothes were too dark, and that they wanted him to wear bight, florescent-type clothing.

Clay:  I don't wear stuff like that, and the stores have darker clothing now, for fall.

Clay was pissed.  I guess "Chase" is someone responsible for (paying for) Clay's wardrobe, since he apologized to him?  Clay also mumbled something about still having the ties to wear.  (Scroll up to the picture of Clay on the way to the Finale, wearing some sort of dark shirt and tie.)

I feel you need to know that Clay was VERY aggravated by the whole topic, and he also said he wanted "Anyone but the Twins" to win tonight.  I know you're wondering, but I did not hear Clay mention Shelli at all, although one of the questions from the fans must have asked him if he was taking her flowers tonight.

Clay:  No.  She doesn't like flowers.

(What?  Who doesn't like flowers?)

Big Jeff was doing press interviews in the BB backyard again.

I hate to say it, but I think Meg looked AWFUL last night.  What is with that outfit?  Can she blame that on CBS like Clay is doing?  It's just not flattering at all.

And I'm so happy for Jason, with the great showing he had last night.  His question for Vanessa, even though it was likely pre-planned with Production, was a big mood-changer and really lightened the moment for everybody.

It was clear that Vanessa was in shock, sitting on the Jury, only minutes after being evicted by Steve, and no one on that Jury reached out to her at all after she sat down.  I think Austin could have at least put a hand on her shoulder or something, but she got nothing from them as a gesture of humanity. And after she made her confession about being a wealthy poker pro, only Jackie from across the Jury called out that Vanessa "did great".

(I'm sure Jackie wants to go to those pool parties, right?  With the high rollers?  They're practically neighbors, you know.)

And I never vote for America's Favorite House guest, but I think I can speak for hundreds of us when I say that if I thought Jason had a chance of winning, I would have voted for him every day.  I know it meant a lot to him just to be in the Top Three.

I don't  think this look flattered Audrey very much, but I'm sure she was happy to be there.  I honestly can't wait to watch all of the interviews and will try to recap a little if I can.

I wasn't going to post this next set of pictures, because I think Jeff's smile looks so weird in both them.  Maybe it's the vest that is throwing me off.

But I saw Steve and Vanessa together in the upper right of the shot, so I thought that was interesting.

Rachel and Ryan Carillo also did interviews in the backyard, I think.  I don't know who that guy is on the right, sporting the 80's open-shirt look.  I don't think CBS lets the other interviews air until next week---they want Jeff to have the exclusive until then, since he works for CBS.

They did the same thing with the cast reveal interviews---they all took place on Press Junket day, but Rachel's interviews couldn't be released for a few days.

Being pregnant, maybe this is Rachel's new pose for pictures for awhile.  Maybe until it's obvious that she's having a baby.  Next to those skinny Twins, I'd be doing that, too.

OK.  I can't avoid the Frankie pictures anymore.  Here he is objectifying the BB17 cast guys, along with Cody and Jessie.  I'm proud of Jace....he's keeping up in the abs department, even next to Abs All Stars like Cody and Jessie.

Jason is not a Frankie fan, and has not been shy about talking about it.  Look at Frankie, giving him the side-eye.

Hey Frankie:  Jason was in the Top Three for America's Favorite!

(ha ha ha)

These girls are so pretty.  And Frankie gets points for trying so hard.

Wow.  I feel like he was trying to have a mustache shadow, right?  Is that a thing now?

Jordon is so gorgeous now.  She was always cute, but now she is a real stunner.  Derrick and Frankie were at her engagement party, you know.  By the way, Jeff and Jordan did set a date---I think it is in October of 2016.

Andy Herren was ready for Finale Night, too, and spent it in a sports bar with Nicole and Hayden.  I love how cute Nicole looks in her chic black outfit, with open-toed heels.

And then there's Andy...

The big news is that Hayden recently moved to Chicago.  I'm hoping that he moved there for a job, because he has a great education and is very smart and was just wasting time with that pedicab routine.  Nicole still works in Bad Axe Michigan (as far as I know), but I'm sure a nurse could work anywhere she wants to....just saying.

They really are a cute couple and seem to be so much in love.

You know that Hayden was an alternate for BB16 and only got cast after Austin apparently left sequester, right?  Sometimes good things happen to good people, after all.

And the evening drinking with Andy somehow ends up like this.  I thought Nicole might be doing a yoga pose when I first saw this, but now I'm not so sure.

And finally, Danielle Reyes smooching up Spencer Clawson.  She thinks he's fine, ya'll.

And if that's Jeremy on the right there, I don't know what to think.
