Dan Goes Super Villain, Apparently #BB14

I am reading reports that he told the cameras in the storage room that he "was okay".  And also smiled and winked at the cameras a few times.

I didn't see that.  I did see him in the storage room, talking to the cameras, but I did not hear what he said.

That might explain why BB didn't seem to give a shit that he was in distress.

Fucking Dan....

I hope this little stunt doesn't keep him in the house this week.  Go home, Dan!

Dan is Effed Up #BB14

They say he's been vomiting in the Have Not room.  Danielle went back in to sit with him but he said he didn't want her touching him.

Finally everybody else knows this is serious.  Finally Britney is out of the DR and Dan follows Danielle to the DR room.  Shane asks if "Tartar Sauce" is in ther with Dan.  (They have had the same medic in that house numerous times this season.)

Britney says the last time anybody spoke to Dan was at 7:00 last night.  Shane said the Have Not Room smells like hot body odor and vomit, and that would make him even sicker.

Daniele said she found him with his toothbrush in his hand, slumped over the sink.  She asked Britney if "they" hurried her out of the DR.  Britney said, "No."

Danielle: I kept saying to let me in the DR so we can see a medic!  I kept saying it. They won't be able to give him medication orally...

Britney: What do you think happened? I think he was in a state from the competition and being in there just exasperated.

They think that the reality of the situation may be hurting Dan.  He thought he could win the POV.  I think Danielle said one of the first things he said to her was "can we just go to the finale?" but I'm not certain.

I have to give Danielle props for her Nurse Mode---she is very calm and  knows what she is talking about.  She may need to come clean to everyone about this whole nurse thing.

Dan Might Need a Medic #BB14

He's out of the Party Room, but is hiding under a towel in the Arcade Room.  Danielle has gone in to ask nursing questions.  She said Dan was scaring her.  Dan keep seeing flashing lights, or something like that.

He got out of the room a few minutes ago, went to the WC and brushed his teeth. Then he went to the Arcade.  Joe went in to see if he could get him some soup and he told Joe he was dizzy.

Danielle sat and talked to him for a minute and then ran to the DR.  They told her that Britney was in there.  Maybe she took Dan's pulse.  Yes, you can see it in one of the pictures.

Danielle came back and took his hand.  Everyone else just keeps chatting and laughing about shit in the kitchen.  Dan asks her if the DR is open yet. Dan keeps saying he needs to get outside.  The walls are closing in and he sees flashing lights.

She is calm and says he is having a panic attack.  She keeps telling him she's trying to get in the DR.

(WTF is wrong with Production? Let them in the fucking DR!)

Gratuitous Shackled Bikini Shots #BB14

From earlier today...I know these aren't anywhere near as good  as you might be imagining them...sorry about that, but it is what it is.

Big Brother After Dark - Punishments A'Plenty - 8-26-12 #BB14

This episode aired on Showtime at 9:00 pm BBT on Saturday night, and early Sunday morning where I live.

Frank is the HOH, and has nominated Dan and Danielle for eviction.  The POV was this afternoon and it certainly was a doozy.  It was a How Bad Do You Want It? competition, and everyone except Joe and Ian competed.  Ian won a Golden POV earlier in the week, so there's that.

I don't know yet who won the prizes----we won't know that for sure until it airs on the Wednesday TV show because everybody always lies about the prizes they took.  (I haven't heard anyone mention prizes, so that should tell us something right there.)   Here is what I have managed to learn so far:

*  Frank took 4 punishments - Wearing a Carrot Costume for one week, taking some sort of "chum bath" for 24 hours, on cue, he gave up the right to play in the HOH comp two weeks in a row, and I think he had to get in a tub of something gross during the competition.  Frank got DISQUALIFIED from the competition for speaking to someone so he didn't win even though he took the most punishments.

*  Britney - Has to be shackled to someone for 24 hours.  She picked Danielle, of course.

*  Dan - Is in a "24 Hour House Party" in the Have Not Room.

*  Danielle - The group got to "throw paint on her" for two minutes.  (?)

* Jenn - won the POV, assisted by Frank's DQ, of course.  She took slop for the rest of the season and I think she had to forfeit all of her clothes.  She actually burned at least one item during the POV.

Why in the world would Jenn do that? She wasn't at risk---she won't be going on the block no matter what happens, and her "girl" Danielle has already told her not to use it.  She's not even on the radar for anybody right now, but I guess she doesn't know that.

OK.  Let's go.

1.  The show opens with Frank wearing his Carrot Costume in the kitchen, yelling that here comes the "Ghosts of Christmas Past".  He says that because Britney and Danielle have that noisy chain dragging behind them, making a huge racket as they move.  Frank looks absolutely ridiculous in the Carrot Costume---it's the hat that really does it.  The rest of the costume is a cheap piece of crap, but the hat is outstanding.

We see footage of Dan in the Have Not Room, lights flashing.  The music doesn't play continuously---they play a set and then Dan has silence for awhile.  (And the silence is really a continuous hum from the lights, I think, and is worse than the music in my opinon.)  It is a disco beat with a guy rapping about a "Solitary House Party".  It's not bad---I would dance to it. Maybe not all night long, but ..  He also has an iced birthday-style cake and a bottle of Champagne in an ice bucket.  I heard him tell Britney he was going to "save that for later", but I've seen Dan drunk and I think he should drink it now so he can sober up before his release tomorrow.  He'll have work to do then, because his ass is in trouble.

Britney and Danielle think they're really cute shackled together and make a big deal of "what a nightmare" it is.  They went to the storage room for booze and didn't find any.  So they went to the door of the Have Not Room to talk to Dan through the door.  He ignored them.  He was just sitting there staring at the ceiling, and when the girls were LOUDLY calling for him at the door he closed his eyes and remained silent.

Danielle has been whining that Dan wouldn't look at her after the POV.  Maybe he thinks she took the prizes!  She must have....someone did.  Being chained to Britney wearing her skin tight jeans with metal trim on the back pockets is not a good look for Danielle, from the rear view.  Let's just say that...

2.  Ian sat with Danielle, Britney and Shane discussing the Amazing Race.  Britney says that Brendon and Rachel had a Fast Forward where they had to shave their heads, but "Rachel didn't, obviously."  Ian describes in detail an episode where a team was eliminated before the race even started, like a "Jodi situation".

Ooo  Now he talks about the pre-season Big Brother rumors out there about former Surviviors being cast, including "Joey Fitness" and some other lady from Survivor.  Ian was like, "what the hell?"

(I can't believe they got to read all of that on the internet.  I can't imagine the Powers that Be will allow that sort of thing to happen next year.  Hint to AGP:  Look at the IT department.  It kind of sucks because I ended up knowing who will win the next two seasons of Survivor from that rumor source, and I did not want to know this....)

Britney:  When I met Russell Hantz, he told me that he wouldn't do Big Brother because it films for too long, and the money isn't high enough.  He said they asked him to do it, but he said no.  It may have been for my season....

(Survivor films for about 40 days for a $1,000,000 prize.)

They asked Britney how she met Russell and she started talking about Natalie Tennerelli (sp?) who won Russell's first season of Survivor.  She was from Arkansas and Natalie's "boyfriend at that time" organized different events at casinos.  I think this was how Britney was tying back to meeting Russell, but we'll never know.  The camera changed to Joe alone in the kitchen, peeling and slicing a cucumber.

(I heard originally that Britney met him at a Survivor Finale party when she lived in NYC.)

Ian:  They probably asked Russell for this season, too, and he said no and that's why we got Willie.

Ian knew immediately that Willie was related to Russell.  Britney says they sound just alike.  Danielle starts asking Ian about the Fast Forward week and what that is like.  Danielle did the math and thinks we will lose an extra houseguest this week, too.

(I'm sure Production is TERRIFIED at having only people like Jenn, Joe and Shane in that house at the end.  They need a reason for viewers to tune in so I'm sure they are crafting the schedule very carefully at this point.)

The Struggles of Father Dan #BB14

It's getting to him.  Or so it would seem.  I think they'll let him out soon.  The punishments are rarely ever actually 24 hours.  After they get their footage they will probably want to let the Sunday crew go home.

Frank Takes Another Dunk #BB14

with Ian outside to keep him company.

And there's sour Father Dan, who apparently isn't even going to talk to us, even though the music stopped.  Maybe he's believing Ian's story about the DR not wanting him to use the Golden POV to save Dan.

That would piss me off, too.

Dan's Not Feeling the Music, Apparently #BB14

He's one of the whitest white guys I've ever seen.  Dan would probably consider that a compliment, too.  He is pacing back and forth while the music plays.  He doesn't even walk to the music.  He doesn't bob his head.

He didn't do that last night, either.  Even with his own strobe light and disco mirrored ball.  WTF is wrong with Dan?  It would have been fun to see someone go in there who can dance and have some fun with it, but Dan is in a special kind of hell now.  He knows his options to stay in the game are fading fast...

And here's what I've been waiting to see---an update on Dan's party cake.  Dan's put quite a hurting on that cake, huh?  It still looks like he's been fairly neat about the slices he's eating, but I'd say nearly half of the cake is gone.

FYI Dan has a small curtained area in the corner that is set up with a camping toilet.  Not sure how he's washing his hands, or if there is any way to do that.

Frank, Ian, and the Carrot Costume are discussing the game on the patio.

Frank:  The one motherfucker who would take me to the Final Two is gone...

Danielle and Britney got up and went to the bathroom a little while ago, and got back in bed.  Danielle hit her head on the wall when she laid down and they laughed about it.  They're having fun with their punishment.

As opposed to Dan, who continues to walk in circles...

Dani and Dominic Together Again

This info has been all over the internet for weeks, so I'll just cover it briefly here.

Daniele Donato and Dominic Briones from BB13 are apparently a couple now, and just visited Shelley Moore at her home, where ever that is.

They released pictures via Twitter, and here are just a few of them.  I assume that is Shelly's daughter in the picture with them.

Cute.  And here is an old picture I found of Daniele posing with Dan Gheesling.  Check out how Father Dan unbuttons his shirt way down to there.  So sexy, that Dan.  (ha ha ha)

Dick at Nite Show - Featuring Dr. Will Kirby - Part 1 - 8-25-12 #BB14

This Very Special Episode of Dick at Nite is a two-parter with the Evil Dr. Will Kirby.  Dr. Will doesn't do many Big Brother related interviews so this is kind of a rarity, I guess.

Dick starts out alone onscreen, and energetically repeats several times that Dr. Will had a great time on the show.  OK Dick.  We believe you.

1.  The show begins with Dick saying he is a fan of Big Brother because of Dr. Will's appearance on Season #2.  Will says there have been a lot of good players over the years, but he did "put in a lot of effort" so he appreciates that.

Dick has to repeat AGAIN how many years he was a finalist to get on BB.  (I hate to tell Dick, but that isn't going to make Will think you're cool---not at all. )  Dick also brags about knowing the people who run casting and the show for "like 10 years now".  Dick brings up the auditions, where everybody says they're "going to be the next Dr. Will or Evil Dick".  Dick wants to know if that makes him feel good.

2.  Will is very good friends with Robyn Kass now---she is a good friend of Will's wife and comes to his house "all of the time".  He says if you ask her now, she will tell you that they had a hard time deciding to cast him on the show.  They thought he was a nice guy, an attractive doctor, but he kept telling them that he wanted to be the villain and the casting department struggled with that.

Will says he "owned his niche" and then mentions the "ditzy blonde on the show".  He can't remember her name (Jordan) but says she "owned her niche" and went in there and won it.  He recommends that applicants state their persona they will portray, and go in there and own it, rather than saying you will be like Dr. Will or Evil Dick.  (Because that's been done before.)

3.  Will adds that if you try to play a role, you won't be able to do it for three months...you are better off being yourself.  Dick mentions BB5 Scott Long as someone who played a role, for some reason.  Then Dick starts rambling about surfing links on YouTube and "somehow" watching one of Will's BB2 DR sessions, where he said he was one of the biggest liars in California.

Dick says we all miss players who will own up to their lies in the DR.  Will says that he really doesn't watch the show anymore, and not that he's too good for it, but he has a lot going on and he's 40 now.  But he says that the show has been so diluted by things like the POV.  The original game used to be so exciting, but now they have so many different things going on that he feels like the show is dumb now.  Dr. Will feels "dumber for watching it".  He mentions turning on the TV and catching an episode about "the mole in the house, who was evicted the first week" (Annie from BB12) so he just turned off the TV.

Will says that the people who follow the show online are a small part of the audience---most people just watch the CBS show so the DR sessions are key to the story.  Dick says it is all about casting, and points out that Dr. Will had Hardy to deal with as a rival.

Will points out that he had Hardy and Nicole, both of whom were just beasts and were amazing competitors.  He says they could do an All Stars show today with Hardy and Nicole and they would CRUSH people, even today.  When he went into BB7 he thought he would be evicted first, but then he saw that the people were so weak!

Will:  I thought it was going to be a terrible TV show, and it was...

4.  Dick says that BB7 was the last season that he really enjoyed.  He liked how Chilltown would just go after all of the prizes and say fuck it.  He points out that the All Stars cast included Chicken George and Howie, and they sucked!  Dr. Will laughs.

Will:  I genuinely liked Kaysar and Howie and Chicken George and James, so it was harder to play against them.  But I genuinely hated Hardy and Nicole, so I had motivation to play better against them.

Dick likes that point, and says he found new reasons to hate people in BB8 as he went along.  Will says if a sports team plays a crappy team, they are lazy when they play.  Having a tough competitor will raise the level of  competition for everybody.

Dick brings up how everyone still talks about Shannon using Hardy's toothbrush to clean the toilet and Will laughs.   Will says that he needed Mike Boogie on BB7, and Mike wanted to redeem himself, but he was hoping to see tougher players in the game, rather than people with more fans.  Will watched BB3 the most, and expected to see more people from that season and was disappointed.

5.  Dick brought up Janelle, and how she was so good in competitions, and says that Will used her strategy to move forward.  Will said he "worked so hard to get her to trust him" but she "kicked him off at the Final 4".    Will never expected to make it that far in the game, and enjoyed Season 2 much more, including "everything after the season".  He wasn't happy to be there in BB7, but it was an interesting life experience.

Dick brings up how you could see on the show how Howie was grating on his nerves and it got worse as the season progressed.  Will laughs and says that, other than Mike Howie is really the only person that he keeps in touch with now.  He speaks to Danielle Reyes now and then, too.

6.  Will says that the BB6 people really weren't ready to compete yet, and would probably do much better if they played now, with some years of rest under their belts.  Dick says that it was literally years before he could leave the house without someone talking to him about BB, and his life could become somewhat normal again.

Will doesn't want to burst Dick's balloon, but back in the BB2 days of 2001 the only reality shows were Survivor and Big Brother.

Will:  Now this was a long time ago, but Gervais from Survivor and I got $20,000 cash, and were flown to Vegas and were given $20,000 in chips to gamble with.

They had limos, and hotels, and Will thought those days would never end.  Will could hear the crash, when all of that treatment for reality contestants came to a halt.  Will mentions the Jersey Shore kids stealing all of the limelight today.

7.  Dick says certain reality star people will always be known for those shows, like Dr. Will and Richard Hatch.  But now, you forget some people who were voted out before the show even ends.

Dr. Will has notes (!) and wants to chat with Evil Dick about how Danielle Reyes got robbed in BB3 because the jury was sexist, not necessarily racist, and was embarrassed to be beat by her.  To this day it angers Will and Dick says it was her DRs that made everyone looked stupid.   Dick says it was too  personal and it had nothing to do with her gameplay.

Dr Will:  She is someone who deserves to get asked back to more All Star seasons...she needs a third shot.

Dick brings up Britney being on BB14, and how the only person "played harder than her was Erika" and Dr. Will nods.  Dick described what happened to Britney in BB12 and Will points out that those guys "weren't exactly in Mensa, they were kind of goofy".    Dick says that a few of the people this year didn't seem to know who Dr. Will is.  Will says that he doesn't think that everybody should know who he is, but if they are going on a reality show they should do their research and learn about it.

8.  Dick learned several things from studying Will's game.  One was a DR statement saying that it's okay to take it easy and skate for a week if you can.  Also how Dr. Will learned in BB7 that he needed to be the "last person in Janelle's ear" before the live show.  Will says there is a tremendous amount of down time on the show, and that you have to be there and plant the seed sometimes at the very last minute.

The show cuts off abruptly as Part 1 comes to a close.  I will cover Part 2 as soon as I can after it is released.

I must add that I watched Dr. Will on QVC last night.  His appearance was the last one on some sort of Best of Beauty show.  They only let him discuss one product, and I think his screen time was only about 5 minutes.   I was hoping I could hear some Crazy Cat Ladies call in to talk with him, but they didn't take any calls during his short segment.

Dr. Will certainly looked handsome and did his job well, but his forehead doesn't move at all.  Not at all.  A little too much Botox, Will.  But maybe it is his product that results in such smooth and clear skin.

You can read my recap of Part 2 of the interview here.
