Still Going... #BB14

I thought I had already covered enough of Mike Boogie's morning workout, but then he got down on the floor and did some impressive stretches and ab work.

I've done some yoga, and these stretches aren't easy for the average guy. 






I don't think I'd put my face on the Big Brother floor like that...would you?  That's what a yoga mat is for...
